A dois dias do Dia da Mãe trago-vos uma sugestão doce e requintada. Ontem estive presente numa degustação e workshop na Arcádia, Casa do Chocolate no Porto e fiquei fascinada com a ternura com que são produzidos os chocolates e restantes produtos. Desde a realização dos mesmos de forma artesanal até ao cuidado com a produção das maravilhosas caixas. Mas disso falarei depois, deixo aqui 2 sugestões para oferecerem às vossas mães, uma delas até é mais light.
A Coleção Vintage com chocolates em forma de flores (margaridas, rosas e lírios) nos três tipos de chocolate, branco, de leite e negro, com umas caixas que nos faz recordar os antigos papeis de parede, adoro. E ainda a coleção 100% fruta natural com cobertura em chocolate negro, e eu confirmo que é divinal, aqui as caixinhas fazem lembrar as barraquinhas da praia ou as casinhas da Costa Nova de Aveiro. O que acham? Só mesmo provando, mas podem ficar seguras e ofereçam às vossas mães, elas vão adorar!

Yesterday I attended a tasting and workshop in Arcadia, Chocolate House in Porto and I was fascinated with the tenderness in which the chocolates and other products are produced. The Vintage Collection-shaped chocolates flowers (daisies, roses and lilies) in the three types of chocolate, white, milk and black, with boxes that remind us of the old wallpapers, I love it. And yet the 100% natural fruit collection with black chocolate, and I confirm that is divine, here the boxes remind the tents of the beach or the houses of Costa Nova Aveiro. What do you think? Only by tasting them, but it may be safe to offer to your mothers, they will love it!
